1st floor: On the 1st floor can be found the first of two spacious, open-plan living-rooms (80sq.m), with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The computer corner, with high speed internet connection, is also located here. This can be used unlimited and free of charge by the guests during their stay. There is also a TV and DVD player with sofas. The living room opens out onto a large balcony that runs the entire width of the building.

The view from this terrace is of a neighboring building. 2 normal hotel-sized, tastefully decorated bedrooms are accessed from the 1st floor living area. Both are double (king size 4-poster bed) and have en-suite bathrooms with warm/cold water showers.
